Customer Service Summer Intern

  • Managing order processing tasks, including receiving and reviewing purchase orders.
  • Verifying pricing and product availability.
  • Coordinating with other departments for order fulfillment.
  • Ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Update and maintain Rental control sheet as per actual hires on daily Basis.
  • Process ON Hire/OFF Hire notes.
  • Coordinate with Service team for internal manpower punching.


Requirements

  • Must have a valid student visa with at least 6 months validity.
  • Must have a valid university student ID with a minimum of 3 months validity.
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in communication, coordination, and MS Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle order processing and service tasks.
