About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Management Trainee - Food & Beverage in Jumeirah properties in Dubai. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and feedback discussions to build business knowledge, leadership capabilities, and personal development.
  • Rotate across various departments and roles to gain hands-on experience and a full understanding of daily operations and business functions.
  • Assist in cross-functional projects by conducting research, analyzing data, and providing insights to support key objectives and decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders by listening actively and expressing ideas clearly to build strong working relationships.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement, suggest process enhancements, and contribute ideas to increase efficiency, guest satisfaction, and overall performance.
  • Support daily operations, respond to guest needs, ensure high service standards, and take part in team development, strategies, and compliance with safety and hygiene policies.

 

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum completion of  two internships in a 5-star hotel or any other luxury environment; international experience is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional international languages are a plus.
  • Available to start in August or September for the duration of 12 months.
