Sales Management Trainee

  • Market Research:
    -Conduct research to understand trends in the used iPhone market globally.
    -Identify potential businesses that could benefit from our products related to the used iPhone market.
    -Analyze competitors’ products and pricings to position our offerings effectively.

  • Lead Generation:
    -Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in the used iPhone market through various channels / social media (LinkedIn, email outreach, industry events, etc.).
    -Generate leads by researching company profiles and understanding their needs for our products.

  • Outreach & Communication:
    -Initiate and maintain communication with new leads through email, calls, and virtual meetings.
    -Tailor outreach messages to target potential customers, highlighting the benefits of our products in the used iPhone market.
    -Follow up on leads, answer product-related questions, and overcome any objections that may arise.

  • Sales Conversion:
    -Assist in negotiating deals and pricing structures, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    -Work closely with the sales team to finalize contracts and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
    -Achieve monthly or quarterly targets set by the sales manager.

  • Reporting & Feedback:
    -Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and client interactions.
    -Provide regular updates and feedback to the Sales Manager on sales progress, market insights, and client interests.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or final year) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Passion for sales, research, and technology.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand technical products.
  • Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.
  • CRM familiarity is a plus.
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and client engagement.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
