Outreach & Communication: -Initiate and maintain communication with new leads through email, calls, and virtual meetings. -Tailor outreach messages to target potential customers, highlighting the benefits of our products in the used iPhone market. -Follow up on leads, answer product-related questions, and overcome any objections that may arise.
Sales Conversion: -Assist in negotiating deals and pricing structures, ensuring customer satisfaction. -Work closely with the sales team to finalize contracts and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. -Achieve monthly or quarterly targets set by the sales manager.

Requirements

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Quick learner with the ability to understand technical products.
Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.
CRM familiarity is a plus.
Comfortable with outbound outreach and client engagement.
