Job Description
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising, etc.).
- Create compelling marketing content, including articles, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights.
- Support the management of the company’s social media channels, including creating a content calendar, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
- Support in updating the company website with fresh, relevant content using content management systems.
- Support in managing the NPS and customer satisfaction surveys across CNS working closely with cross-functional teams and track the results to create actionable feedback to improve customer service.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for campaigns and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Assist with organizing events such as roundtable events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies to inform innovative strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or similar role, preferably within the technology sector in the region.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms (social media, Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to team success.
