The OCI Product Management team is a cross functional group that drives product strategy through a deep understand of Oracle’s largest internal and external customers. As a member of the team, this Director Product Manager will be responsible for partnering with services and development teams to bring embed key learnings from customer engagements into strategic product initiatives.

Director, Product Strategy MEA leads product messaging, strategy and go to market activities for OCI in MEA that speak to the needs of our customers. Reporting to Karanm Batta, SVP Product OCI, the ideal candidate will represent a deep understanding of the needs of the customer and the market and drive requirements into the global product strategy, vision and roadmap.

• Act as a thought leader and spokesperson for Oracle's OCI Products, representing the company at industry conferences, events, and customer engagements in MEA.

• This role will require leadership across multiple organizations within the Product Group, key engineering teams, as well as account teams, solution architects, partner organizations, product and corporate marketing.

• Develop an effective product strategy, and an effective commercial strategy monetizing both hardware sales and software revenue.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including customers, industry experts, and internal teams, to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, shaping the product roadmap and strategy accordingly.

• Work with executive leadership to develop a robust GTM Strategy

• Be an inspiring leader for defining the strategy and program for cloud compute.

• Build relationships with clients and drive executive engagements.

• Create and deliver effective client presentations and proposals that address the specific needs of a client.

• Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

• Defining new KPIs to inform decision making and prioritization.

• Providing regular updates and interacting with executive management to influence the portfolio.

• Sets Goals and Expectations for performance and works with employees to establish specific, measurable goals and commitments.
