Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessments, medications, and monitoring vital signs
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to meet the needs of each patient
Educate patients and their families regarding health management, treatment options, and wellness practices
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols while delivering care in various environments
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and stay current with nursing practices
Requirements
Valid MOH (Ministry of Health) license as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
Experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably in diverse healthcare settings
Filipino nationality preferred, with fluency in English and Tagalog
Strong clinical and assessment skills
Compassionate approach to patient care with excellent interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours and locations
