Why this role matters:
Technology is at the heart of seamless operations, innovation, and digital transformation across Beyond ONE and its regional entities. The IT Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that the core IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user services at the Dubai headquarters are fully operational, secure, and scalable. In addition, this role acts as a central coordinating function across our Operating Companies (OPCOs) in the GCC and LATAM regions, aligning enterprise IT capabilities and standards for technology service delivery, governance, and support.

In this role, you will:
We’re seeking someone who embodies the following:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
ITIL, ITSM or PMP certification strongly preferred
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are a plus
Experience:
Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in IT service management, infrastructure support, systems administration, or similar roles
At least 3 years in a Managerial or coordination role, ideally across multiple geographic regions
Proven experience managing internal stakeholders and third-party IT vendors or MSPs
Familiarity with managing IT within hybrid work and multi-vendor environments
Technical Skills:
Must-haves:
Strong knowledge of IT service management principles (e.g., ITIL frameworks)
Hands-on experience with:
Microsoft 365, EntraID / Active Directory, Teams etc.
Endpoint/device management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM)
Network infrastructure and security (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs) (preferred)
Nice-to-haves:
Basic understanding of cybersecurity tools and controls (patching, antivirus, backups, access control)
Experience working with Jira collaboration and ticketing platforms (Service Desk)
