Product Support & Design, AD Pillar Overview:
The Product Support & Design Pillar is responsible for envisioning and crafting our digital interfaces and experiences, delivering integrated solutions to support the technical, product development, and operational strategies of our family office. Core functions include Engineering & Architecture, Front/Backend Programming, Product Development & AI Design, and Business Development & Customer Success. From conceptualization to execution, this pillar ensures the efficient development, deployment, and continuous enhancement of innovative products, while driving business growth, optimizing customer success strategies, and supporting the overall strategic objectives of the organization.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and stability of our products across web, iOS, and Android platforms. Your passion for delivering top-notch software and your commitment to continuous improvement will be highly valued as you work cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and designers. You will be at the forefront of developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies, identifying defects, and driving the overall quality of our products through meticulous testing and collaboration.
Day-to-day responsibilities would include a combination of the following:
• Test Planning & Execution: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web, iOS, and Android applications.
• Manual & Automated Testing: Conduct both manual and automated tests to ensure the functionality, stability, and performance of our software products.
• Defect Tracking & Resolution: Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Performance & Stability Testing: Conduct performance and stability testing to identify potential bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Automated Test Development: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression and functional testing using industry-standard tools.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews, providing feedback from a quality and testing perspective.
• Process Improvement: Continuously enhance testing processes and strategies to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Talent & Team Building: Assist in the recruitment process for QA engineers, including interviewing candidates, evaluating their technical skills, and contributing to hiring decisions to build a strong and capable QA team.
• Collaborative Test Strategy Development: Contribute to enhancing quality across projects by assisting in the design and implementation of effective test strategies and scalable automation frameworks, aligning with team goals and priorities.

• Proficient in automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and have experience with stability and performance testing.
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, and work well within a team.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum development processes and can adapt to a fast-paced development environment.
Qualifications:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in product testing, especially in web, iOS, and Android environments.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Expertise in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and experience with performance and stability testing.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript for test automation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
