Officer - Human Resources - UAEN

  1. Entering and maintaining Doctors and Community based Doctor (CBD) Privileging (Newly, Renewal, appointment & re appointment letter) 

 

  1. Responsible for coordination of Visa, Emirates – ID & DHA license renewals of staff.

 

  1. Responsible for sharing renewed DHA – License to Insurance Team.
  2. Responsible for arranging and coordinating for Credentialing & Prevailing committee.
  3. Responsible for CME update in the portal (license staff).

 

 

  1. Maintain HR/ KPI (monthly reports – payroll, staff number, HRMIS). 

 

 

  1. Responsible for Staff increments, salary change letters. 

 

  1. Handling Air-tickets   for Doctor’s & Manager’s dependents. 

 

 

  1. Coordinate MMI for licensed staff (new joiners). 

 

  1. Responsible for Staff files and Appraisals of Doctors & CBD (OPPE, yearly, 5months & initial)
  2. Handling employees’ enquiries.
  3. Performs other related works as per instruction of the Head of the Department.
  4. Adherence to all JCIA and Hospital Rules and Regulations.

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in related field or its equivalent.

 

  1. With computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.

 

  1. One to two years of general experience, Human Resources experience preferred.

 

  1. With good spoken and written English communication skills. Arabic language is advantageous/desirable but not essential.

 

  1. General knowledge of various employment laws and practices of the country. 

 

  1. With good interpersonal skills.

 

  1.  Skills in database management and record keeping.

 

  1.  Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
