We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic PR Intern to join our Marketing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in public relations, communications, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, eager to learn, and passionate about storytelling and media engagement. You will support media outreach and press releases, events, content and campaign support, research and media monitoring.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Media outreach and press releases
Monitor media outlets for company mentions, competitor news, and industry trends.
Support the coordination of press events, interviews, and media opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure PR efforts align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
Assist in brainstorming creative PR angles and story ideas.
2. Content & Campaign Support:
Work with the marketing team to coordinate content creation, ensuring it aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives.
Review and provide feedback, ensuring it meets quality standards and campaign requirements.
3. Trend & Competitor Research:
Stay up to date with marketing trends, emerging platforms, and key social media updates.
Share insights with the marketing team on new opportunities and social media trends.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Passion for social media, content creation, and public relations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
