SENIOR MANAGER - PROJECTS

1. To support Head of Department to achieve departmental KPI Objectives.
2. Ensure the deliveries of various assigned projects are strictly in accordance with approved departmental procedures
3. Formulate projects delivery plan to ensure effective delivery to approved budgets, construction target completion dates and expected quality standards. 
4. Prepare and develop the concept solutions including drawings to ensure the ultimate design meets Business Development (BDs) approval.
5. Ensure a realistic budget cost estimates are produced for new capital projects required deliverables
6. Assist Contract Section in preparing projects ‘Terms of Reference’ and /or ‘employer’s requirements ‘to ensure delivery in line with various BDs expectations. 
7. Review and evaluate submitted tenders (Technical review) in conjunction with Contracts Section to ultimately prepare an executive recommendation for award 
8. Managing of and controlling of variations to ongoing awarded projects ensuring limited impact on progress and any changes to scope of works is as per departmental procedures. 
9. Provide support in improving specifications and contract documentation standards in order to achieve better quality and price
10. Prepare performance management contracts and preform associated appraisals in line with current HR policies.
