We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
Schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed
Assist with data entry and database updates
Order and manage office supplies
Support team members with various administrative tasks
Receive asset handover at time of employee exit from the company
Monitor pantry and office supplies and updating the data in the report on monthly bases
Receive and book courier to receive cheques/ documents from the customer
