Job Overview:

As the Senior Manager - Online Distribution – MEA, you will be responsible for leading the distribution strategy, OTA partnerships, and digital channel performance across the Millennium Hotels & Resorts portfolio in the Middle East and Africa. This position plays a key role in maximizing visibility, driving direct and third-party revenue, and ensuring seamless system connectivity and content accuracy across all online platforms.

You will serve as a regional expert in online distribution, working cross-functionally with hotel teams, brand.com stakeholders, digital marketing, and technology partners to optimize the commercial performance of each property through smart channel management and strategic partnerships.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the online distribution strategy across all MEA properties, aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Define performance benchmarks and channel priorities in collaboration with the regional revenue, e-commerce, and marketing teams.
  • Support the roll-out of regional and global brand.com initiatives, ensuring alignment with hotel-level strategies.
  • Manage relationships and contract negotiations with OTA partners, ensuring favorable terms and strong brand positioning.
  • Monitor OTA performance and evaluate commercial value against cost of distribution, optimizing profitability.
  • Oversee and enforce rate parity, inventory management, and content consistency across all online channels.
  • Ensure timely and accurate loading of promotions, packages, and rate plans.
  • Ensure optimal performance of CRS, channel managers, OTA extranets, and other relevant distribution tools.
  • Act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues between systems.
  • Support implementation of new distribution technology or integrations, including testing and property rollouts.
  • Monitor channel mix, cost of acquisition, booking trends, and ROI by property and by segment.
  • Generate regular performance reports and insights to support decision-making at regional and property levels.
  • Identify opportunities to shift share from high-cost to more profitable channels through strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to hotel revenue and reservations teams on best practices in online distribution.
  • Provide guidance on OTA optimization, merchandising opportunities, and system functionality.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for online distribution issues within the MEA region.
