Job Title: Early Careers Analyst - Campus Programs
Location: Buenos Aires
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Campus Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations to promote our brand and attract top talent.
- Program Development: Design and implement innovative campus recruitment strategies and programs that align with our organizational goals and values.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute campus events, including career fairs, workshops, and information sessions, to engage with students and promote our early careers opportunities.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including HR, hiring managers, and marketing, to align campus recruitment efforts with business needs.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse pipeline of candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in campus recruitment or early careers programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
