Spa Manager

With a menu of award-winning and highly-crafted organic Susanne Kaufmann treatments and cosmetics, the hotel spa uses ingredients specially collected from Bregenz Forest in Western Austria. The Ritz-Carlton Spa in Vienna is all about creating a tailored wellness experience, where massages and treatments are personalized and perfectly unique. As an urban hideaway it combines natural elements with therapeutic and healing expertise, creating an oasis of tranquility and energy in the city center of Vienna.

We are seeking a passionate Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager stepping into their first Leadership role to elevate our Spa experiences to new heights.

Recognizing that our Ladies and Gentlemen are the most important resource in our service commitment to our guests, you lead and develop our dedicated Spa team, delivering an exceptional and luxurious Spa experience for our international and local guests, as well as driving an effective business plan that will maximize sales and revenue.

Your Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality industry 
• Subject-specific education / training / degree for cosmetics and massage advantageous
• Fluent in English (German skills and every other language are advantageous)
• A valid work permit for Austria is required
• Outgoing and open-minded personality with leadership experience and
  resilience in peak times
• Genuine care for our guests and their requests
• Professional appearance, language and behavior
