About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Facilitate the end-to-end Sales and Operations Planning process, ensuring seamless integration across all functional teams.
Drive continuous improvement to mature the Sales and Operations Planning process cycles.
Identify opportunities for improving Sales and Operations Planning processes and analytical tools using data-driven insights.
Increase transparency in decision-making processes and streamline data and information flows.
Act as a strategic partner between Product, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams.
Support data-driven decision-making and resolve key supply-demand imbalances.
Develop and implement Sales and Operations Planning dashboards and reports for visibility into demand, supply, and financial projections.
Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and monitor performance metrics to evaluate and improve Sales and Operations Planning processes.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
University degree/Education, preferably in Supply Chain, Management, Business Administration
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning and related functions
In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, commercial, procurement, and production processes Excellent English proficiency and communication skills
Experience in leading cross-functional S&OP processes within a complex business environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills
