Job Description
Our Gold Coast team is growing!
We have been providing NDIS services in the Gold Coast region since 2021 and we are seeking a passionate and energetic Speech Pathologist to help us make a difference in participant’s lives.
We love nothing more than seeing our participants achieve their goals, we live and breathe capacity building and hope to empower participants by:
Using a strengths-based approach to guide our assessment, goals and ultimately our intervention
Utilising a combination of standardised and non-standardised assessment, curated to the participants needs to guide our clinical reasoning
Collaborating with our multi-disciplinary peers across the region. We have OTs, Phsyio’s, EP’s, Psychologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners
Visiting and supporting participants in the environment that best suits their goals, this could be at home, at school or anywhere in the community where participant skills can be put into action.
About you!
Ideally, you have been working as a Speech Pathologist for a couple of years and you have a keen interest in supporting participants with a variety of differing needs and abilities
You are excited to work with a growing multi-disciplinary team
You have a passion for delivering high quality, evidence based therapeutic interventions

Qualifications
To be considered suitable you will have:
Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
Looking for a fun, collaborative and supportive work environment
Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
