What you’ll do

Our Sales Team Managers excel at leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Representatives to drive the achievement of sales, customer, people, and productivity goals, all while contributing to the success of call center KPIs and targets. If you have a proven track record of leading change in fast-paced environments and excel at connecting with and engaging remote teams, with strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills that drive sales performance, foster engagement, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes, this opportunity is perfect for you.

The NRMA Membership Contact Centre team has built a high-performing, energetic culture where our team enjoy some healthy competition and a lot of fun. We are committed to ensuring our team are set up with the right skills, technology and in-depth, ongoing training and support to exceed in the role.

Your Working Hours 

Working 35 hours per week on a rotating roster between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday as part of a rotating roster. 

Your Location 

We offer a flexible environment, mixing in office work 1-2 days a week, or as required, with remote working. Offices include Sydney Olympic Park and/or Gosford.
