About the opportunity  

The People Experience and Enablement (PXE) team in P&C is accountable for managing our cloud-based applications and for delivering P&C investments. We historically invest $10-18m annually in P&C projects with individual projects ranging in size from $1.5m to $25m and from less than 1 year to 4 years in duration.

The purpose of this position is to lead the delivery of solution and process changes for P&C from small day-to-day changes to large-scale implementations. In projects, this role will work closely with a Project Manager (typically from Technology) on behalf of P&C, to ensure the business outcomes are achieved. This position is highly collaborative working in partnership with business and technology stakeholders on behalf of P&C to ensure the business outcomes are achieved.

You will be responsible for leading business process design and ensuring business requirements are captured accurately and thoroughly. You will be able to ensure a seamless process throughout the project so input is included, an understanding of change and solution has occurred.
