What’s the role?
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced Program Lead to join the Virtual Optimisation team within Virtual Operations, where they will be responsible for leading a key UNITE workstream through all phases—from planning to successful completion.
The role involves close collaboration with the Head of Virtual Operations and the UNITE Customer Experience and Journey Lead, ensuring the effective delivery of the agreed scope in alignment with the central COO team overseeing the broader UNITE (Endeavour) initiatives
