The role

Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury hotel experiences. The Hotel Duty Manager at Crown Towers, will lead the Front Office team to ensure a smooth and successful service experience for all guests. 

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

  • Partner with all internal Hotel departments, managing the day-to-day Rooms Division Operation while upholding Crown brand standards.
  • Motivate and lead a team of dedicated employees and enforce OH&S standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Anticipate the needs of guests, provide exceptional service and promptly handle any escalated complaints or issues. 

About you

You’ll bring the following:

  • Extensive experience in hotel front office operations in a similar leadership position.
  • Experience in developing, coaching and motivating a team.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA).

Additional Information

To be successful you MUST have:

  • Full unrestricted Australian working rights. 
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification (or be able to obtain one).
  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotational roster including weekends, overnights and public holidays.
