A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Solution Delivery Specialist reporting to the Network Solutions Delivery Manager, as part of the Field Operations business unit.
A bit about your role
As the Solution Delivery Specialist you will provide robust problem-solving and technical skills to manage and solution national network activity. This includes overseeing workflow project life cycle management, network normalization, transit, core network augmentation, migrations, capacity upgrades across infrastructure, and offering work order and CRQ support for network field services programs and cost control management.
Establishing key relationships across the Control Tower, Field Services, NES, Supply, Build and external partners, you will work with cross functional teams, vendors, and external partners to coordinate and successfully deliver supporting services, project milestones and deliverables to ensure the smooth integration of network solutions and changes that deliver and contribute to operational, financial and performance objectives and success.
The role is primarily office based with field visits being restricted to internal stakeholder requested Field Inspections/support or alternatively when the project complexity dictates.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you, it is likely you will have extensive network technology experience along with a solid understanding of project management methodologies. Key to this will be your experience in deployment, operations and maintenance of live networks across multiple technologies (including FTTP, FTTN, FTTB, FTDP and HFC). Specific knowledge of MDU network topologies and design rules will be key, as will your communication skills and ability to engage with significant stakeholders. Your methodical and analytical mindset coupled with an ability to define, prioritise and organise competing tasks will see you succeed in this role.
