We are seeking a strategic thinker to be a valuable contribution to part of the Business Development team with expertise in rehabilitation within the private hospital sector to join our team in a full-time role based in Hawthorn. This position involves driving growth, building and nurturing key relationships, and expanding referral networks for our Continuing Care and Support Services.
You will make an impact by:
· Identifying and implementing business growth opportunities in alignment with Epworth’s strategic plans.
· Developing and executing a targeted Business Development Plan to support high-value rehabilitation services.
· Strengthening relationships with operational leaders and medical specialists to drive engagement.
· Growing referral networks through strategic engagement with VMOs and GPs.
· Collaborating with communication teams to enhance patient awareness and self-referrals.
To be successful in this role…
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with strong knowledge of the private hospital sector, medical specialist practices, and referral pathways. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business growth and strategic planning, along with exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
You will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Health, Marketing or relevant specialty
- Desirable -Tertiary Qualifications in Allied Health
