Job Description
A member of the Global Security Team. Direct report to the Global Chief Information Security Officer.
This role is responsible for the creation and management of global services for Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, cloud, related services such as DNS and DHCP, Software Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) and ServiceNow.
This this is a 12 month contract role and can be based in either our Melbourne CBD or Mascot NSW office.
The role
This role leads Lead the collaboration between regional and global teams to build a vision, strategies, gather requirements, use data and act on feedback to drive service improvements and adoption globally.

Key Responsibilities
Lead collaboration between regional and global teams to define a shared vision, gather requirements, and drive service improvements through data and feedback
Develop and align target state architectures and design patterns in coordination with global and regional stakeholders
Create and maintain a prioritised roadmap for continuous improvement and innovation
Drive transformation by replacing manual processes with automation, DevOps, infrastructure as code, and standardised services
Support execution of the Technology Vision and Strategy to improve ROI, user experience, agility, and cost-efficiency
Build cost models and business cases to support adoption of Entra ID, cloud services, ServiceNow, and SD-WAN globally
Design an operating model that balances global consistency with regional flexibility
Partner with commercial and procurement teams to negotiate and implement scalable global contracts
Define KPIs and use data-driven insights to monitor service health and adoption
Prepare executive and detailed reports to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
Relevant tertiary qualification, and architecture method certification – TOGAF or equivalent
Proven experience applying planning, risk, policy and architectural frameworks and methodologies across a global business.
Proven experience supporting the implementation and ongoing operations of public cloud environments from a customer perspective.
Demonstrable experience in developing complex solutions involving Entra ID, Active Directory, ServiceNow, SD-WAN and public clouds across a national or global business
Proven experience in supporting the delivery of digital initiatives, working closely with solution architects and work practices.
