This is an exciting opportunity to join our New South Wales Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team and be part of a diverse workforce. Based in our Mascot office, you will be responsible for all facets of the property management service delivery and the financial performance of an industrial and commercial office portfolio for a national account. The role is supported by the Facilities Manager and Assistant Property Manager.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to the clients
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, clients, internal stakeholders and portfolio team.
  • Preparation of reports including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Conduct rent reviews, lease renewals and negotiate new leasing deals.
  • Management of lease compliance by all tenants and landlords.
  • Coordinate delivery of CAPEX adhoc building works and services.
  • Contribute towards overall portfolio objectives as specified in the Property Management Agreement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, specifically managing Commercial or Industrial assets.
  • Class 2 Real Estate Licence
  • Tertiary qualification Bachelor’s Degree (Property specialisation preferred but not essential).
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
