Job Description
What you will get to be part of:
As a valued member of both our Broker Recruitment and Sales team, you’ll be working closely with our Senior Management and Sales Leaders in undertaking the following tasks:
Headhunting top broker talent from across Australia
Taking ownership of the end-to-end Broker Recruitment process
Driving strong pipelines for Mobile and Retail Brokers, as well as Associates
Partnering with internal teams and external networks to source great candidates
Championing the Lendi Group brand and actively building market awareness
Building and maintaining a strong talent pool across all key broker channels
Sharing regular pipeline updates and insights with Senior Management
Creating a standout candidate experience at every stage — no matter the outcome
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience working as a Recruiter (internal or agency)
Highly organised and has demonstrable ability to organise others
Ability to work as part of a larger cross functional team
A passion for creating a great people experience
Autonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
A love of finance and recruitment
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with great follow-through and follow-up practices
