We currently have an opportunity for a 12 month Change Manager role in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide. Join our Project Management Office and play a key role in role in creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. Reporting to PMO Manager you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Develop and implement change management plans across programs and projects, including evaluating impacts, managing resistance, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Lead change management workstreams using structured methodologies, while providing coaching and training to employees at all levels.
Define success metrics, track performance, and report updates to management and project teams to support informed decision-making.
Establish and manage a benefits realisation framework to ensure measurable outcomes are achieved during and after program delivery.
Promote a safe, collaborative, and knowledge-sharing work environment by role modelling HSE standards, mentoring staff, and encouraging continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent extensive experience) in information technology, computer science, business or related discipline. Change management certification or designation desired; Prosci Certification, plus and demonstratable experience.
Strong experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and documentation, including communications and training delivery.
Proven ability to manage and deliver change in agile environments and large-scale organisational transformations.
Advanced stakeholder engagement, with excellent communication, influencing skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across various audiences.
High level of business acumen, including understanding organisational challenges, commercial drivers, and benefits realisation frameworks.
