About the Practice:

Our Bupa Dental Bondi practice is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an senior experienced receptionist as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. The Opportunity:
We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Bondi, NSW practice available for an experienced Dental Receptionists seeking permanent full-time work: 

• Modern dental practice with 6 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments
• Friendly, fun and dedicated team
• Convenient shopping centre location in Westfield!
• Opposite the Bondi Junction Bus interchange and train station!
• Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
• Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
• Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
• Making patients aware of dental services and offers
• Handling payments
• Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
• High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

 You'll be: 
 

• Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
• Previous Dental Reception/Assistant experience will be highly regarded
• Suitable to a senior administrative assistant or an office coordinator looking to join Bupa Dental!
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about customer service and patient care
• Organised with attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
