  • Hybrid working model - 3 days in the office/ 2 days WFH 

 

How will I help? 

As the Team Member in Payments, your new role will focus on supporting our internal and external customers with international payments and investigations.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Investigating outstanding items, including international payments that have been sent or received and require further investigation  
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls for both internal and external customers in a timely and efficient manner  
  • Managing customer complaints 
  • Providing information to support the investigation and decisioning of outstanding payment issues and compensation 
  • Maintaining current knowledge of changing processes introduced by external and internal clients 

 

What do I need?  

  • Strong product knowledge and expertise in SWIFT formatting   
  • Understanding of Privacy and Risk compliance 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills  
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes  
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively  
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion  
  • Banking/Finance services knowledge and experience desirable
