What You'll Do:

• You'll be at the forefront of business growth through partnerships, acting as the bridge between CI&T and the most influential technology providers in the country;
• Build and deepen strategic relationships with AWS, Databricks & more;
• Drive joint go-to-market strategies and sales enablement initiatives;
• Lead certification and accreditation efforts to unlock partner incentives;
• Represent CI&T at key partner events and conferences;
• Identify and close sales opportunities through co-selling and collaboration;
• Shape the future of GenAI applications through strategic tech alliances.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience managing high-impact partnerships (consulting or tech space preferred);
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Databricks, or equivalent ecosystems;
• Track record of generating revenue through partner collaboration;
• Familiarity with partner funding processes (MAP, DCIF, ECIF, etc.);
• Bonus points for experience in FSI or Retail sectors.
