About the opportunity  

Sitting within our Parcel, Post & eCommerce team, the role of a Learning Partner is key in helping to drive capability development and empowering teams for success.  This role will shape targeted technical and behavioural learning programs, collaborate across the business unitand bring strategic plans to life through transformational thinking. With clear success measures guiding program delivery, you'll help build the future of learning while managing vendors and driving impactful change.
