Job Description
The Studio Design Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the studio with design capabilities, supporting traffic management in studio and driving Workfront - the platform that supports the Creative Services team. The role is suited to a meticulous and highly organised individual. It's also a Part Time role, 3 days per week on-site.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Work with studio to support design services, manage files and support general day to day requirements.
- Work with the Traffic and Production Manager to define, design and implement efficient workflow in the system.
- Design projects as assigned for the many tasks that flow through studio
- Provide support in the design of projects, either end-to-end or finished art.
- Ensure systems adhere to business standards and regulations.
- Help efficiencies of the Workfront system
- Manage Group WIPs and conduct weekly work in progress meetings.
- Various administrative tasks that support the creative services design and production deliverables.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Clear knowledge of design, Adobes Creative Suite and workflow tools and used by creative teams and can ensure the seamless operation of the creative process.
- Have a broad understanding of the advertising and marketing process.
- Be detail oriented, maintaining a high standard of quality control.
- Possess strong commercial understanding and will ensure deliverables are always completed on time.
- Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Bynder Webdam administration and it's integration are a value add.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in a Design, multimedia, digital (or related field)
- 3+ years’ experience as a designer experience on Workfront (or equivalent) platform.
- Understanding of functional/technical design and building/implementing solutions.
