Project Support Officer
At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Project Support Officer to join our UniQue team in Mons.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Manage and deliver small projects or sub-projects using appropriate methodologies, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
- Support senior project managers across all phases of project delivery, from planning to closure.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; report critical issues and implement follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with exercise planners to define CIS requirements, evaluate solutions, and ensure alignment with objectives.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare and support exercises, ensuring participant readiness and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, facilitate collaboration, and resolve issues through negotiation.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders; integrate feedback and lessons learned.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements; establish baselines and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Track progress, monitor key activities, and provide regular updates to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
- A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- A recognized formal Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP (The lack of formal qualifications can be compensated by the demonstration of expertise and experience in the domain).
- At least 5 years with CIS project planning, operations planning and support, system architecture, and security governance including strategic alignment and risk management.
- Recent experience in Project management of C4ISR acquisition and / or development projects for a large organization.
- Experience in Project Management tools, managing cost and labour.
- Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
- Prior experience in exercise coordination, acting as a single point of contact for the exercise stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English Language at a minimum B2 level.
