Your challenges
You are responsible to further develop the KPMG business transformation practice in Belgium in the energy sector, primarily in terms of service offering but also in terms of go to market initiatives.
Operationally manage transformation projects
Over time, you will need to become a reliable point of contact for C-level client contacts, developing and sustaining strong and long-lasting client relationships and understanding of their broader business needs.
Develop new value propositions that emerge from trends in the energy sector, burning customer challenges and insights from other practices at KPMG while leveraging on your in-depth experience of the energy market.
Operationally coordinate a team of highly motivated professionals and provide on the job training in energy sector mechanisms to our team of young professionals.
Build and maintain your internal network within KPMG, both nationally and internationally with the perspective to raise awareness regarding the value proposition and co-create opportunities.

10 years or more of work experience in the Energy Sector or in Energy management, with bulk of the experience related to the Belgian/European energy market.
You have an academic diploma.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading (finance) transformation projects.
Demonstrable conceptual and/or strategic work experience.
Detail orientated and well organized with a strong work ethic.
Open mind with the flexibility to manage teams in a fast-moving environment with changing client requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Business consulting skills offering concrete and specific information to help solve a problem or improve a process for a business: creative thinking; thinking conceptually and practically; collaboration; organization and time management; flexibility; curiosity.
Fluency in English and Dutch (both written and spoken), French is a plus.
