Technical Lead

The Value Hub is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, architect solutions, and provide technical expertise throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical input for solution design
• Architect and design scalable and efficient software solutions
• Manage technical risks and issues, and make recommendations for resolution
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role
• Strong technical background in software development, with expertise in one or more programming languages
• Experience with web development frameworks and technologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
