PURPOSE

The Field Sales Manager On Trade drives revenue growth by developing relationships with On Trade outlets, ensuring market expansion and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSABILITIES

General prestige growth:
 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the ON Trade sector.
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers .
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients in the On Trade.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any client issues or complaints.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide reports to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • With a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the position of Field Sales Manager On Trade is required.
  • You have a strong network in on-trade market and are familiar with bar tenders community & festivals.
  • Your strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, enable you to make decisions based on data.
  • You have a proven track record on sales and negotiating independently and securing favorable results.
  • Your proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities to exceed organizational goals demonstrates your entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Your communication skills are proficient in both oral and written Dutch, French and English.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
