We are looking for a motivated, creative and enterprising Digital Manager to join our digital team – working across a varied range of clients across consumer, healthcare and technology.

As a Manager in our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital communication strategies to enhance our clients' online presence and reputation, plan and oversee digital and paid media campaigns, conceptualize creative digital activations and measure & deliver strategic insights through our powerful social and analytics tools.

What you'll be doing

• Work with our strategists and creatives to conceptualise impactful campaigns and digital communications strategies that live across the digital ecosystem
• Plan, manage and optimize paid media advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with our overall marketing and business goals.
• Be comfortable with an array of digital platforms for content and amplification (e.g. social media , SEM, web content management etc.)
• Analyze and interpret social analytics to guide strategy development and decision making.
• Oversee and manage digital projects from conception to execution, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure all digital communications are cohesive and align with overall clients' goals.
• Stay current with latest industry trends and advancements to keep our digital projects ahead of the curve.

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within communications consultancies or agencies.
• Proven experience in managing paid media advertising, SEM, social analytics
• Exceptional understanding of digital communications strategy and the ability to implement it effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficient English, any level of French and Dutch appreciated but not required.
