What is the role?
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Website Lead to join our Growth Marketing team.
You will be responsible for driving qualified trial conversions by leading our website strategy and optimization efforts. This role will own the end-to-end website experience, from strategy and development to performance optimization through A/B testing programs.
You'll lead a team of 2 (web developer, UX/UI designer) and collaborate across functions, including Brand & Content, Partnerships Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure our website effectively supports company goals and delivers exceptional user experiences.
This role will report to the Growth Marketing Associate Director.
This position is hybrid to our São Paulo office. Although flexible, local employees tend to use our São Paulo office 1-2 times a week.
Additionally, this position will collaborate with American employees on a daily basis, so fluency in English is required.
