Job Description
We’re opening our first studio in Brazil—and we’re looking for an inspiring and hands-on Team Manager to lead and develop our talented Game Presenters at Evolution São Paulo.
As a Team Manager, you will be instrumental in driving performance, engagement, and growth within your team. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about people development, operational excellence, and building strong team culture from the ground up.
You’ll be at the heart of onboarding, training, and coaching our newcomers, ensuring they feel supported from day one. Through proactive leadership and close collaboration with various departments, you’ll contribute to the studio’s success and long-term growth.
- Lead, supervise, coach, and engage a team of Game Presenters, fostering a strong and collaborative team spirit
- Organize and lead ongoing training sessions based on team and business needs
- Oversee the onboarding experience for newcomers to ensure a smooth and positive start
- Address and manage disciplinary cases and unexpected challenges effectively
- Monitor and guide the team to consistently achieve performance goals
- Handle and resolve team member requests in a timely and supportive manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Analyze employee performance data and manage monthly bonus distributions
- Work with internal systems such as JIRA, TTS, WIKI, and others
- Support projects assigned by direct managers and propose initiatives that drive team and departmental improvement
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of team management experience
- Experience to lead, develop, motivate and engage team members
- Fluency in Portuguese is essential, along with a good command of English, both written and spoken.
- High level of emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills and leadership potential
- Proactive and results driven approach, logical thinking and decisiveness in decision making
- Strong character, high level of stress resistance and good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on morning, afternoon or night shifts
