Legal Assistant

Location: Brazil (100% Remote or Hybrid for Serra Gaúcha residents) 

Compensation Currency: Brazilian Real (BRL – R$) 

Contract: 42h/week

About the Role 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our Legal team in managing contracts, assisting with legal document review, and providing general administrative support. This is a key role for ensuring organization, compliance, and efficiency in our legal operations. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Organize and maintain legal documents and contract repository. 
  • Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, amendments, NDAs, and other legal documents. 
  • Support internal teams (Sales, Finance, HR, CS) with legal inquiries. 
  • Help monitor legal notifications and coordinate with external law firms. 
  • Assist in compliance-related tasks (e.g. LGPD, license use). 
  • Support the preparation of purchase orders and legal dashboards. 

 

Requirements 

  • Ongoing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Law. 
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1+). 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Proactive, analytical mindset with willingness to learn. 
  • Comfortable working in a multinational and cross-functional environment. 

Nice to Have 

  • Fluency in an additional European language (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish). 
  • Experience with contract management or legal support in corporate environments.
