Description

The Planner III, Capacity Planning is responsible for developing and maintaining the capacity plans in VSY shipyards through Shipyard AI for ongoing programs by leading and collaborating with various key stakeholders in Vancouver Shipyard such as Operations, Planning, PMO, SCM, Facility, Engineering. The role will also be involved in developing the Capacity Plan of future and bidding programs and running critical planning assessments in terms of Workstation capacity perspective and provide meaningful planning insights to the Senior Leadership Team by aligning business goals. The role will directly report to the Senior Manager, Planning & Scheduling.

Due to business needs, this position is required to be fully on-site based at 50 Pemberton Avenue, North Vancouver.

The estimated salary for this position is $99,000 $121,000. In determining final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidate’s skills and experience as well as position location and internal equity. The final base salary offer will be at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
