Responsibilities:

  • Audit and verify all inbound shipments from couriers. Enter received shipments into JDE and/or D365 software system. 
  • Pick stock items from internal inventory per assigned Bill of Materials (BOM) documents. 
  • Receive, unpack, and inspect all incoming inventory shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Position the received inventory items and material within pre-allocated locations.
  • Maintain and provide accurate inventory documentation and updates within the time frame.
  • Assist with inventory procedures for record keeping and inventory control.
  • Participate in periodic physical inventory audits to verify stock levels.
  • Perform light housekeeping as required; maintain neatness and cleanliness of warehouse area.
  • Operate Forklift equipment is used to move products around a warehouse.
  • Transport parts to various areas of the plant according to manufacturing requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems (JDE and/or Microsoft D365 preferred).
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a material coordinator or similar role in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Safety footwear is required at all times on the shop floor.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
  • Valid forklift operator certification is required.
