Junior Loan Servicing Administrator, CGHLI (Co-op Student)

Location: Calgary, AB
Term: May 2025 - August 2025

As a summer student for our Residential Services team, you will work closely with our Canada Greener Homes Loan Servicing Team, providing dedicated administrative support during the busy spring and summer months. Our successful candidate will be reliable, organized, and demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical work experience and exposure to the industry within a professional and dynamic office environment.

Throughout your time with Intellifi as a Summer Student, your primary responsibility will be with our CGHLI Servicing team.  We are excited to have emerging talent, such as you, join the team and we want to provide you with the best learning experience possible.

Role & Responsibilities

• Supporting the servicing team through:

  • Managing incoming and outbound calls

  • Receiving and responding to emails

  • Reviewing and updating documents, add notes to files

  • Reviewing and approving final funding

  • Other general administration and special duties as assigned

This role is for you if:

• You are currently pursuing a University or College degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration or Real Estate

• You have previous work experience is an asset but not required

• You take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion

• You are flexible and interested in working for a fast-growing organization

• You have a positive attitude with a strong customer service focus

• You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• You demonstrate good problem solving skills

• You have strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail

• You are a motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset

• You are proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
