Reporting to the Logistics Manager and the Traffic Supervisor, the Winpak Traffic Coordinator is primarily responsible to coordinate, perform, and complete functions required to maintain a superior level of customer service - both internal and external efficiently and effectively.
The staff member in this position will have a basic knowledge of all positions within the Traffic Department and will work closely with the Traffic Supervisor in supporting the Traffic Department as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain Traffic Freight Registers, enter required information, and submit to Accounts Payable within the acceptable time frame.
Download, update, and manage Freight Registers and prepare month-end freight accrual.
Review all air shipments daily, note exceptions, and forward them to the applicable party.
Obtain tracing information and PODs for shipments upon request, ensuring accuracy and timely response, with rush requests prioritized.
Arrange diverted shipments in transit, process and log documents, and follow up with RA Process.
Arrange PO-related pick-ups for offshore and North America (all modes), obtain quotes, process documents, update freight register, and coordinate with shipper, consignee, carrier, and customs broker.
Arrange customer return shipments upon authorization, select carrier, coordinate pickup, process documents and invoices, document receipt, and update ARG Register.
Receive import documentation, coordinate with customs broker and freight forwarder, monitor status, ensure delivery, and notify receiving party.
Manage and maintain government and month-end reporting, including Duty Drawback, Import, and Export reports.
Pull and file documents for internal/external audits and recall processes; file shipped orders daily along with relevant documents; verify orders using Cognos reports.
Manage SharePoint Requests, Traffic Supply Requests, Purchase Requisitions, and other admin-related tasks.
Implement, maintain, review, and revise SOPs with supervisor.
Participate in achieving assigned goals and objectives and comply with all mandated audit programs.

Compensation range: $42,000-$52,000
The compensation range provided is a general guideline only. Pay will be determined based on the candidate's experience and expertise and is subject to vary.
