For our easily accessible location in Zurich (20 employees) and in Zug, we are looking for an Accounting 100% with immediate effect or by arrangement.
In this varied position you will be responsible for the following areas/tasks in a small team for 4 companies (90 employees):
We are supported by a central SGS service team for routine work in the areas of incoming payments, invoice transfers, reminders, master data, vendor invoices, vendor payments and orders. You are the first point of contact for queries with this team.
We are looking for an independent and reliable employee with very good comprehension skills. You are used to working efficiently and independently, you are resilient and flexible and can organize yourself very well. You have a basic commercial education, several years of accounting experience and would benefit from further training as an accounting clerk. Your basic language is German. You have a good command of English and an oral knowledge of French would be an advantage. We require good experience in Excel and Outlook.
