This position reports into EMEA Customer Development Director and is based at Neuss, German or Paris, France.

Location: Zug Switzerland or Madrid Spain

Travel: 10%

 What you will do

The International Customer Negotiator is responsible for overseeing the development and servicing of international key accounts to support local markets in delivering business sales objectives. You will lead international negotiations on all aspects of our customer relationships and international services. Additionally, you will resolve conflicts arising between customers and Kenvue market teams:

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and maintain relationships with international customers to ensure satisfaction and profitable growth.

·       Develop and execute negotiations strategies for agreements with international clients and collective buying groups and organizations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

·       Directly lead customer negotiation strategy with multiple in-market sales teams to achieve pre-aligned business and sales objectives.

·       Analyze sales + financial data and market / category trends to identify opportunities for growth.

·       Collaborate with senior management to inform on progress and keep alignment to negotiation strategies.

·       Resolve complex problems which impact markets different to ensure the best regional outcome.

·       Prepare and present customer and channel reports to management.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless international operations.

·       Stay up-to-date with international regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence.

·       Stay informed of industry trends and competitive intelligence

Qualifications

 

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·       8-10 years of experience in sales working with key international customer.

·       Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, international relations, or related field.

·       Strong negotiation competencies with an ability to adapt to different negotiation styles and scenarios.

·       Leadership and communication skills.

·       Proven track record of successfully managing international customer relationships.

·       Understanding of international regulations and compliance requirements.

 Desired Qualifications

·       Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex business data

·       Experience with syndicated data analysis

·       Proven ability to build strong business relationships

·       Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex matrix environment

·       Broad experience across sales, negotiations operations, trade, shopper and category roles preferred
