How you make a difference

  • In this challenging role in the Informatics/Technology unit, you work at the interface between business and IT.
  • As part of a business-related cluster focusing on our Swiss Post branches and self-service solutions, you support projects and services from the definition of requirements to successful implementation.
  • You play an active role in shaping forward-looking solutions in the areas of digitization, customer experience and retail/consulting business at branches.
  • You grow continuously in your role and help develop robust product teams.
  • Thanks to your holistic way of thinking, you quickly recognize correlations and use your experience to drive forward sustainable IT solutions in a targeted manner.
  • You enjoy taking on responsibility when it comes to pilot projects or evaluating innovative ideas.

 

Your profile

  • For this role, you have basic commercial or technical training with further training in (business) information technology, as well as several years of experience as a business analyst or project manager in an IT environment.
  • Thanks to your several years of experience as an IT business analyst and/or project manager – ideally supplemented by knowledge of the retail environment and point-of-sale systems – you are able to confidently master challenging tasks.
  • You skilfully structure complex tasks, develop viable solutions and use ambiguities as an opportunity for optimization.
  • Your independent, goal-orientated approach to work and your experience with agile methods help you to implement requirements efficiently and to the highest quality.
  • You know how to communicate with your audience, are confident and have a very good command of German and English; French and Italian are a plus.
