What would your role be?
Proactively manage calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls while considering time zone differences and priorities.
Screen and prioritize incoming meeting requests, calls, emails, and correspondence, effectively communicating key information and proactively manage submission deadlines.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking trips, accommodations, and handle expense reports.
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, associations and senior executives.
Handle correspondence with senior stakeholders professionally in both English and German
Complete some sort of sales support administrative tasks
Coordinate the agenda with other national and international institutions where the executive has active mandates
What are we looking for?
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international company, ideally in investment product or financial services.
Commercial or hospitality training, ideally complemented by further qualifications.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with modern communication tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
