As Digital Content Creation Manager for Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) Solutions you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining high-quality digital content for marketing channels. This role will focus on creating engaging and informative content tailored to our B2B, B2B2C and B2C target audiences to promote awareness and understanding of Roche's CGM solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing content strategy, collaborating with different stakeholders, and overseeing the production of digital marketing assets. This role will report to the Subchapter Lead, Strategy and Context.
The Opportunity:
- Drive and maintain the focus and integrity of the content strategy for key marketing channels within the subchapter.
- Work alongside other marketers, design and SEO specialists, campaign manager experts, and communicators to develop cohesive content strategies.
- Communicate strategy, key tactics, and results to internal and affiliate stakeholders for feedback, alignment, and buy-in.
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and vendors to deliver quality digital marketing assets and control costs within the defined budget and timeline.
- Ensure vendors comply with all processes and procedures, including legal, procurement, finance, and brand standards.
- Curate relevant content to engage target audiences across multiple channels.
- Ensure copy created for assets is properly referenced with appropriate and trusted sources.
- Ensure scientific and technical content aligns with other digital marketing elements such as graphics and brand design.
- Content Review, Repurposing, and Creation: Review existing content, creatively repurpose content when applicable, and produce new content that’s fit for purpose for our digital channels, business priorities, target audiences.
- Deliver engaging product pages, reports, white papers, case studies, infographics, short-form videos/screencasts, and other digital assets.
- Create and maintain a content calendar.
- Perform copyediting, sub-editing, and fact-checking of short-form and long-form content for grammar, spelling, syntax, substance, and flow according to tight deadlines.
- Creatively repurpose existing content into alternative formats for target audiences.
- Drive adoption of digital best practices across Roche Diagnostic Solutions (RDS) and beyond.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice for each audience.
- Develop and maintain guidelines, provide tools and direction to internal stakeholders and external agencies, and manage project timelines, expenses, and measurement.
- Ensure compliance with Roche branding, Divisional Standards, Digital Marketing Playbook, and other Roche and departmental processes.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience with digital content creation and management and previous experience within the healthcare or medical device industry sector is required
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), digital marketing tools, and analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing techniques.
- Familiarity with Continuous Glucose Monitoring technologies is preferred.
