Role reports to: Senior Director, Global Network Leader - SH&B EH Segment

Location: Risch-Rotkreuz, Switzerland

Travel %: 10%

What you will do

The Make Excellence Leader SH&B EH Leader is responsible to shape the SH&B EH MAKE strategy, and the global standardization & simplification priorities in collaboration with his/her counterpart for Selfcare. He/She will lead the deployment of the SH&B EH MAKE strategy across the Globe (internal sites + external sites). DRI for excellence in execution, elevate the manufacturing capabilities (people, systems, processes, digital), standardization (across all sites & teams) and sustainable improvement across all areas of performance (Competitiveness; Compliance; Capabilities; Customer focus).

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the implementation of innovative SH&B EH strategies to drive excellence in product offerings

· Drive a culture of continuous improvement and creativity within the SH&B EH team to deliver exceptional results

· Lead and drive process improvement initiatives to support innovation and strategic objectives, leveraging insights from top responsibilities.

· Establish regular communication with Global Network leadership team to provide relevant and accurate performance reporting and identify improvement opportunities.

· Facilitate exchange of best practices across sites by actively participating in Community of Practices.

· Implement Agile, Lean, and other process improvement methodologies to ensure successful delivery of initiatives and programs.

· Analyze operations to identify key performance metrics and opportunities for enhancing business operations.

· Standardize, benchmark, and sustain business processes to drive excellence through continuous improvement on the shop floor.

· Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and consumer insights to enhance SH&B EH products

· Collaborate with leaders to define and implement tactical action plans to achieve program goals within budgetary and organizational parameters.

Qualifications

 

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

· Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a leadership role within the SH&B EH industry

· University/Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a relevant field

· Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SH&B EH products

· Demonstrated ability to lead hands-on improvement projects with Processing and Packaging equipment and processes.

· Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Agile PM, TQM, PDCA, DMAIC practices, and proven success in applying them.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations

· Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies

· Sound judgment, discretion, professionalism, and initiative to drive organizational processes.

· Experience working on projects of diverse complexity and scope.

· Effective communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
